Actually, it maybe a bit late but still i would like to testify...i bought 4 set of Gundam 00 (1/100) last year, which is 2009...And i would to thanks the effort to help me make my items arrive...i salute your effort..thank you very much...the items is in good condition...but actually, there is a setback...The box (i'm referring to my box) already have fungus growing..i've try to remove it but it ends up with i have to cut the infected area... If not for the fungus, i would give etoyz 2 thumbs up...well, maybe it's an isolated case, who knows... But i recommend would like to recommend etoyz to you otakus out there...believe it or not.. regards, MFI    Terengganu, Malaysia

Never had any experience buying online before. But E-Toyz really helps me a lot and never give up to assist me in all sorts of difficulties along the process. No hanky-panky or monkey business at all. The most important thing is to read all the terms and conditions and just ask E-Toyz’s personnel about anything whenever you’re in doubt. They will answer to all of your questions as humble & polite as they can (A++ for the services guys). I’m 100% sure of it (I know since I’ve asked a lot of things). I have some advice for people who want buy online with e-toy. please do it step by step and don't rush a thing. after all they will do/ check step by step, within time limit. u may read thorough their policies to understand better. I will recommended e-toyz to do online shopping. they will, no matter where they been ( not in offday) , they'll answer or update any inquiry.It happen 2 me.

Started gunplay hobby few month back and run into this site. it offer much lower price than most online store or store out in the market. plus with its policy to keep customer's satisfaction, i really recommend this online store. but those item which are out should be replenish to encourage more buyers. maybe etoyz can introduce bulk or preorder with safety measure to increase its popularity. looking forward to do more purchase from etoyz.

I discovered this site for solving my problems on buying Gunpla merchandises without using credit cards. I loved the system of the store. But when I thoroughly searched the website, I found that old, out-of-stock items still sits around without being replenished. And I'm a huge fan of some out-of stock items such as the HG 1/144 Stargazer Gundam. So, please E-Toyz, renew the stock, or remove them from the online selling catalogue!

Bought a MG strike noir from ETOYZ earlier this month. I must say, the price is definitely one of the cheapest that you can possibly get... After hunting around for several months, I am glad I found this site. The delivery was superb as well... delivered to penang in 3 days... to find a nicely wrapped package, except the box abit out of shape (think mostly due to POS's handling), but the content is safe... I m already planning my next purchase from ETOYZ and I definitely recommend this seller to anyone who are interested... Rating 5/5
